Yearbook Spreads

Editor-in-Chief

I started yearbook my Sophomore year of high school, after taking Mass Communications my Freshman year. In Mass Communications I was first introduced to Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. My Junior year I was a Section Editor, where I designed spreads while also editing other people's. By Senior year I was the Editor-in-Chief and actually got to come up with the theme of the book and make executive decisions. The theme of my yearbook was "Once you get it, it's not that simple", and the purpose of the book was the break down stereotypes, because once you get to know someone, you realize there is a lot more to them than you might think. Over my years in yearbook, I really got to work on my design skills, as well as my skills in Adobe. Below are some examples of the spreads I made.
